Frequently asked questions

How fast do you ship?

Orders received by 12:00 ship the same day, otherwise the next business day. EU delivery takes up to 5 business days.

Is the packaging neutral?

Yes. A plain brown outer box with no logo; inside only the product in its own box and instructions in your customer's language. No invoice, no promotional material.

What are the fees?

A flat fee per parcel, charged as shipping: €10 in the EU, €8 for Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary.

Which countries do you ship to?

Selected EU countries. The current list is on our Syncee storefront.

How do I connect my store?

All dropshippers work through our Syncee storefront. Smaller wholesale orders (min. €100) go through Ankorstore. Distribution and pallet orders go directly through our contact form.
